Forms platform closure: November 2025

This forms platform will be closing permanently on Friday 28 November.

If any of your form submissions are currently saved or incomplete, please make sure you complete and submit them before this date.

After 28 November, you will no longer be able to access saved forms and any unsent information will be lost.

All forms that are still required will be moved to a new platform. You can find them on the West Northamptonshire Council website or trusted partner websites.
